Kerbal Space Program PS4 Release Date, Price: Game To Hit PS4 Next Week, Watch Gameplay Trailer

Rumors about Kerbal Space Program PS4 release date have been making rounds for quite some time now. Finally, game developer Squad has confirmed that their space exploration game Kerbal Space Program will be rolled out for Sony's current-gen hardware PlayStation 4 on July 12 in North America.
The news was announced by Squad's CEO Ezequiel Ayarza through the PlayStation Blog. The critically acclaimed Kerbal Space Program allows gamers to build spaceships, rockets and different vehicles to get their Kerbal's to space and perform various missions. The game was first released on PC via Steam Early Access.
According to the blog post, Kerbal Space Program will come fully equipped with all the features same as the PC version. The game will offer players three games mode namely Sandbox, Science Mode and Career Mode. reported Gameranx.
In Sandbox mode, gamers will be free to build anything as per their imagination. The Science Mode will allow players to perform scientific experiments and upgrade the knowledge of Kerbals to explore new technologies. Last but not the least, the Career Mode will let them control each and every aspect of the space program, including crew management, reputation building, as well as embarking on side missions called "contracts" to earn funds and upgrade their space center facilities.
"With completely redesigned controls and gameplay that's challenging yet fun, you'll have everything needed to conquer space with the Kerbals," the blog post read, reported GameZone.
"Flying your vessel has never been so fun in KSP - using the triggers and sticks on DualShock 4, you can have a more precise analog experience to make advanced maneuvers with your aircraft."
Kerbal Space Program was also announced for Xbox One last August, but an exact release date is yet to be revealed. The gaming studio is also planning to roll out the game on Wii U sometime in the future. There's currently no word on Kerbal Space Program PS4 pricing details.
