Blizzard Entertainment has revealed on Blizzcon just this weekend that the wait for "World of Warcraft: Legion" is worth it as the additional patches for the game have been uncovered, namely, patches 7.1.5 and 7.2. Additionally players of " World of Warcraft: Legions" will also be encountering an added planet named Argus as hinted by the panel on the event.
According to Polygon, Ion Hazzikostas, the director of " World of Warcraft: Legion," stated that the new Argus patch 7.3 is not a standalone expansion on its own, it is another planet in the Warcraft and one of the primary power source of the Burning Legion. Burning Legion is known as the demon army attempting to conquer Azeroth. Additionally, planet Argus is home to Dranei race who leave the planet after the demon invasion along with others.
Planet Argus has a big part in the whole story of "World of Warcraft," fans of the game are looking forward to " World of Warcraft: Legion" patch 7.3 as a standalone pack. However, the director and Blizzard Entertainment itself think otherwise as Hazzikostas stated: "It felt like the right time, I don't know if Argus would hold up as an expansion in and of itself. We could make up a whole lot of ecologies and things there, but at the end of the day, it would feel like a very one-note, alien expansion."
Additionally, Kotaku reported the "World of Warcraft" team is now ranging from 250-275 in number. The team is all focused on the expansion of the game and its patches which mean that " World of Warcraft: Legion" will keep players engaged for longer hours, so all we need to do is to let Director Hazzikostas and Blizzard Entertainment perform at their best while we wait and see.
