The latest updates suggest that the upcoming gaming console would be moderately priced taking its advanced hybrid feature into consideration. A few days ago, Toys R Us Canada accidentally revealed a list showing the retail cost of Nintendo's Switch hybrid console. It showed the cost of the console as $329.99 CAD, which equals to £200 UK/ $250 USD/$330 AUD. Also, recently a British gaming retailer GameSeek posted the Nintendo Switch pre-sales offer at around £198 i.e., $250.

Nintendo Switch Expected Price

The Wii also made its first appearance at a similar price range and considering that the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 start off at the same $250 figure, it is reasonable for Nintendo to position its upcoming hybrid Switch console at same price zone, as reported by VR-zone. The hybrid switch can be used in two ways, as a mobile handheld device or can be used by connecting it to a TV via HDMI.

Nintendo Switch Base Price & High Price

Recent reports suggest that Nintendo Switch base variant will cost around£199.99 or $250. The higher storage variant along with a game bundle like "Skyrim" or "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" shall be launched at the price range of £249.99 or $300, as reported by Business Insider.

It is expected that Nintendo will make an official announcement about Nintendo Switch release date, specs and price details as early as next month.
