Are Italian Men the Best Lovers? Sex Survey Reveals All

Italy may have gained a bit of a reputation for having some oversexed men. In fact, if you've ever taken a trip to southern Europe, you may have found the men chasing you in the streets (if you're a woman that is-depending on where you are. Anyway.)  

A recent "sex of the nations" survey has revealed that Italian men and women are simply the sexiest out of 6,000 individuals, encompassing information from Italy, England, Scotland, France, Wales and Ireland. In other words, these ladies and gentleman are most satisfied with their overall love lives, with the English coming in at the last spot of 54 percent satisfaction.

But wait. What does sex-satisfaction involve for some of these individuals? According to the Daily Mail, Italians are expecting an encounter to last over ten minutes. Scotts on the other hand are only expecting a roll in the hay to last about two minutes.

The main object of the study was to discuss the health of sex. However, researchers found that due to the high levels of premature ejaculation, though many wanted sex to last longer, they did not discuss the health issue with their doctor.

"Premature ejaculation can lead to feelings of frustration and disappointment," said Martin Tod, chief executive of the Men's Health Forum, via the Daily Mail. "It can have a real negative impact on quality of life for men and their partners."

"It is more common than people think and men should not feel embarrassed to do something about it," Tod added.
