Wal-Mart Stores Inc. have issued an immediate recall of the My Sweet Love/My Sweet Baby Cuddle Care Dolls that are sold exclusively at its store since August 2012, according to The City Wire. The company has received 12 reports of incidents including two reports of burns or blisters on the thumb and will be pulled from the retailer's shelves due to the circuit board in the chest cavity that has the potential to overhead and burn the consumer, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The dolls are manufactured by Tak Ngai Electronic Toys Co. of China, and were sold from 2012 through 2014 for $20.

This battery-powered toy, which coughs and even contains the ability to blush, according to NPR, also contains a medical kid that includes a stethoscope, thermometer and a syringe. A shot and spoonful of medicine can help children make her well again.

Unfortunately, the company notes that any child or family in possession of the toy should contact a Wal-Mart store for the aforementioned safety concerns and a full product refund.

The doll is identified by UPC 6-04576 and a date code that's found on a label sewn into the bottom of the doll, beginning with WM. The code is printed on the stuffed label.
