iOS 9.3.2 Has A Serious Problem And Apple Knows About It
Apple's iOS 9.3.2 update has brought much disappoint and inconvenience to users with iOS 9.3 and 9.3.1.
Forbes has reported that the new Apple iOS may have a new great feature, but this also caused problems to the users. As a response, Apple has pulled the update for the owners of iPad Pro 9.7, which was launched just two months ago. Before making the upgrade, experts have warned to reconsider given the issues of iOS that even Apple has admitted.
Gordon Kelly of Forbes has been trying to investigate this issue. He said the users encounter "Error 56" adding that they should connect to iTunes. He added: "The problem is connecting to iTunes does nothing, the device is locked and forced reboots only return it the same state."
"Mine is bricked," claimed one affected user on MacRumors forum reported by CNET. "Says it needs to be plugged into iTunes, won't restore or update, just a big loop. Fantastic," the user added.
Based on the code guide of Apple, this kind of error is most likely a hardware issue, which according to experts is not an acceptable explanation.
According to Vine Report, Apple has already recognized the problem of the update and has immediately committed to fix it and address the concerns of those affected.
In a statement, Apple said: "We're looking into a small number of reports that some iPad units are receiving an error when updating the software." It added: " Those unable to restore their device through iTunes should contact Apple support."
Apple is working to fix the issue as soon as possible. The new iOS was released only last week. Among the features it promised include Lower Power Mode setting, dictionary bugs, sound quality fix, and keyboard problems fix. However, the update ended up bringing problems instead of the solutions Apple promised to deliver.
