Recently, publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment had announced that they have delayed the release of their highly anticipated game "Batman: Return to Arkham." However, now, new reports suggest the game's release may likely happen in November.

Announced in May, the "Batman: Return to Arkham" remastered collection was delayed indefinitely in late June. The game was originally set for launch on PS4 and Xbox One at the end of July.

The reason behind postponing the release date was explained in a post published to the Warner Bros. Games forum, which read, "After reviewing the progress of the project, the team at WB Games has decided to delay the release of Batman: Return to Arkham to give the team at Virtuos Games additional time to deliver a polished Batman Arkham game experience."

The post added that a new release date will be announced once the game is completely ready to roll out.

"We do not have a release date yet and will be sure to communicate that once we are sure the game will be ready. We know this is disappointing news, but we feel the extra time will allow the team to create the best gaming experience for our fans."

According to Eurogamer, multiple sources have claimed that the reason for delay was the poor port quality from Chinese developer Virtuous Games as well as the frame-rate issue which is slowing the gameplay down.

It is reported that Warner Bros. has turned extra cautious with the development of "Batman: Return to Arkham" on third party ports after the failed development of "Batman: Arkham Knight" in the PC platform.

"Batman: Return to Arkham" will feature enhanced versions of "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "Batman: Arkham City," with all DLC content and Game of the Year edition bonuses. It is to be noted that there are chances that the game might get pushed back to 2017, reported TechTimes.
