iPhone 7 Features, Release: Headphone Jack Removal For Longer, Better Battery Performance?
iPhone 7 battery life is Apple's recent focus for upgrade. Currently, the company is developing next-generation iPhones that will take away the headphone jack to make the size of the iPhones hardware thinner. In exchange, a new second speaker area will be integrated into the upcoming iPhone 7 device.
The iPhone 7 battery is expected to have better life and performance. According to Steve Hemmerstoffer also known as @OnLeaks of Nowhereelse.fr on Twitter, iPhone 7 battery will be upgraded. He also quoted that the information came from a trusted source. Hemmerstoffer is known for leaking out tech-related new information and updates that turn out to be true, MacWorld reported.
iPhone 7 battery mah will go from 1,715 mAh to 1,960 mAh. This means that the iPhone 7 battery power will increase to 14 percent, but it is not clear if how long it will give an additional life to the battery. When it comes to video playback time, the upcoming iPhone 7 device will be 90 minutes more.
The iPhone 7 battery capacity is also an important change for Apple. The battery in the iPhone 6S is smaller than iPhone 6 which is a 1,810 mAh. Apple made this decision for the cram in the "Taptic Engine," which assisted in creating the 3D Touch feature of the iPhone 6S. On the other hand, Apple got the same battery life for iPhone 6S because of the expected efficiencies of its newer processor and hardware.
Meanwhile, during the first quarter of this year, tech geniuses thought that Apple is scrubbing off the headphone jack from the upcoming iPhone 7 device to give a space for a second speaker. This is the first time that headphone jack removal is linked to a higher battery capacity, Trusted Reviews reported.
iPhone 7 battery life upgrade for users for better usability is what the company is aiming for. The iPhone 7 is not getting thicker to improve its specs.
