The Pokémon GO craze has taken over the world and people are actively on to the look-out for Pokémon in the strangest places. But, capturing Pokémon is not the only aspect of the game. Trainers must also increase his or her Trainer Level by earning a steady XP. So here's a little tip on how to increase your Trainer Level that will give you a chance to find rare Pokémon.

According to Pocket-Lint, XP in Pokémon GO will determine your character's experience in the game. As you continue to play the game, you will gain XP after completing specific tasks and move to other levels. This XP will enable you to have access on a lot of different elements as you progress.

When you reach level 5, for example, it will give you the chance to join a team. Being promoted to certain levels, which can be gained through getting more XP, will unlock things like Great Balls, gift you Lure Modules and give you additional incubators for your eggs.

Each time you step up a level, you'll be given a bonus pack of items to help you on your way.

The next question is, how do you raise Pokémon XP? Well, XP is given for many normal game activities. During the course of playing the game, you will be awarded XP for capturing a Pokémon, this along with other bonuses are given for catching new Pokémon or for throwing the Poké Ball well.

However, there are a lot more XP given for finding new Pokémon, evolving new Pokémon, hatching eggs and visiting PokéStops. The best way to get all of these is to go to a new place, like a new town or a city center, where you can find lots of Poke Stops, lots of people and lots of interesting Pokémon. Then, according to usgamer.net, you can simply go from PokéStop to PokéStop, collecting it all, catching each Pokémon you see and gobbling up the XP.

You can also use a Lucky Egg to double up your XP. Before you start doing any method to increase the level of your XP, don't forget one very important item, the Lucky Egg. Activating a Lucky Egg will trigger a boost in your XP and will also double all your gains in the next 30 minutes. If you use your time wisely, then you are guaranteed huge gains.

Meanwhile, a Lucky Egg is a guaranteed drop when you hit Trainer levels 9, 10, 15, 20 and 25. They are also rare discoveries and PokéStops, and can be bought with PokéCoins in the game's shop, although remember there's a way to get PokéCoins without having to spend any real money.

Another way to gain XP quickly and effectively is to evolve multiple Pokémon one after another while a Lucky Egg multiplier is active. You can evolve Pidgey, Weedle and Caterpie to gain XP quickly.

Eurogamer.net suggested that you don't necessarily have to evolve Pidgey, Weedle and Caterpie if you don't want to. The reason you go after these guys is the amount of Candy they require to evolve them is much lesser than other Pokémon. They ask for 12 Candy compared to the average 25 or 50 other creatures want. And, Pidgey, Weedle and Caterpie are some of the most commonly found Pokémon.

To get the most out of this method, capture as many Pidgeys, Weedles and Caterpies as you can. Each capture will give you Candy and a potential creature to evolve. Always remember that you can get free Candy by transferring them back to the Professor, however, you have to make sure you have enough Candy to evolve your creatures.

Fortunately, there's a handy online calculator named PidgeyCalc that will work out exactly how many you need to transfer to maximize your time, and how long it will take.

If you make use of this method correctly, and have the exact right amount of Pokémon and Candy when you use the Lucky Egg, it's possible to evolve up to 60 Pokémon within 30 minutes which can give you a staggering 60,000 XP.
