According to a tip from writerparty.com, Kangaskhan is the strongest among the other rare Pokémon in this group. If you're a Pokémon GO player in Australia or New Zealand, you will be able to commonly find this Pokémon especially in parks or cities.

However, Kangaskhan would normally not appear in any other country or continent except where it's originally from; but there had been several reports saying that it has been spotted sporadically around North America, which probably makes sense since Kangaskhan was designed after Kangaroos.

Another rare Pokémon is Mr. Mime, which is a psychic/fairy type of Pokémon. Iti has been spotted in Australia and New Zealand but never in North America. Eurogamer.net has mentioned that Mr. Mime can be found everywhere in Western Europe including city centers like London.

So, if you're from Eastern Europe or North Africa, you can head to Western Europe for a short vacation and catch some Mr. Mime. And since miming originated in this part of Europe, it is only but proper to find Mr. Mime here.

Next is Tauros which is considered a regional rare Pokémon from North America. It's considered the most American of all animals, because it's a bull. If you live in the United States, or anywhere in North America, chances of you finding Tauros is fairly high.

This Pokémon is a normal type Pokémon, so it's expected that this Pokémon is spread all across the place compared to other types. There are no reports of Tauros sightings in any country outside the North America.

Last but definitely not the least is Farfetch'd, a Pokémon from Asia. Although it is known as a weak, crap Pokémon, Farfetch'd is one of the rarest to find in the wild. So far, this flying Pokémon can be found in South Korea and now that Japan released the game, it has been spotted all over the place too. There have been reports saying that Farfetch'd have been spotted in North America, however, this news has not yet been confirmed and may be sporadic.

Heavy.com reported that your best chance of finding all four of these regional rares is by hatching 5k eggs. They are rare but not really uncommon coming out from a 5k-egg, no matter what country or continent you're in.
