PokéMon GO Cheats: How To Find Fossil PokéMon Omanyte, Omastar, Kabuto, Kabutops, And Aerodactyl
As Pokémon GO continues to bask in its phenomenal success, some players are still on the hunt to catch all 151 Pokémon in the game. So here are some helpful tricks on how to catch fossil Pokémon like Omanyte, Kabuto and Aerodactyl and the evolved forms Omastar and Kabutops.
Yibada.com reported that the first thing to consider is the location of fossil Pokémon. Omanyte is a rare find in Pokémon GO but not too rare because the water type Pokémon can be most likely found bear water. It's also considered a rock type, so there is also a big chance of finding it in deserts and farmlands. As far as eggs are concerned, they're most commonly found inside 10km eggs.
Although Omanyte is not too rare for players to find, finding Omastar is a totally different story. Although the extremely rare Pokémon may be found in water, since it is a water type Pokémon, its rarity makes it show up in crowded area with PokéStops when different stops have lure dropped on them. if you can't find an Omastar, you can find or hatch Omanytes and evolve them into an Omastar as soon as you can.
According to gearnuke.com, another rare Pokémon, Kabuto has been spotted near beaches, rivers, lakes and other bodies of water. However, it also has a possibility to lurk around farms and deserts since it is also partly rock type Pokémon. Just remember that you will most likely find Kabuto at night, and like Omanyte, Kabuto can also hatch from 10km eggs. With that said, better make sure you have room for your egg stash to get more of them for a better chance of capturing Kabuto.
Kabutops, like Omastar is an undeniably rare kind of Pokémon. If you find a water source with pokestops where you can drop a lure module at night, that may be your best chance of finding it, also using Incense near the water source would help. if you can't find one, hunt for as much Kabuto as you can until you find Kabutops. There was a report that some Kabutops were appearing away from water source so better keep your eyes open.
And last but definitely not the least, Aerodactyl. Writerparty.com emphasized that unlike all of the above mentioned Pokémon, Aerodactyl has a tendency to appear in land-bound areas like deserts and farmland, most especially farms in the desert. Because it is a half flying type, Aerodactyl is also expected to wander in parks and forests. The most common way to find this flying Pokémon is to hunt for 10km eggs.
