IFA is set to happen on the first week of September and Huawei claims that it will surprise everyone at the event by sending out teasers of what could be an introduction to an entirely new line of products.

Ubergizmo.com reported that Huawei is going to launch a new sub-brand at the IFA 2016. The report indicated that Huawei executive, Kevin Ho saying that the upcoming brand is going to bring mid-range smartphones to the market. Huawei is apparently already lining up its products up for showcase. Huawei ranks third in the world as top smartphone manufacturer and the leader in the Chinese market.

Rumors about Huawei's surprises for the IFA have been going around for a while, and the company has finally confirmed that it will take part in the Sept.1 event. Tech Times reported that the official teaser will give more details about the company's gadgets at 10:30 a.m. CEST (Central European Summer Time), meaning 4:30 a.m. EST and 1:30 a.m. PST, respectively.

Huawei is very bold in its marketing campaign and made use of "Defy Expectations" as their slogan for their upcoming product launch. Kevin Ho, who is also the president of Handset Product Line, confirmed earlier this year that the company aims to use its time at IFA to release a new sub-brand. There have also been reports that the company would apparently introduce a new smartphone geared primarily towards women, the Nova brand.

Meanwhile, yugatech.com reported that the new Huawei line could be the IFA star since this is the only one in the books. Also, knowing how much the company loves to surprise its consumers, there is a great chance that fans will be getting something extra during IFA from the smartphone maker. The company has also kept mum about the rumored release of the second generation Huawei Smartwatches and Mate, and since the rumors about it is scarce, there might be a chance that the company would wait for another event to launch the gadgets.

So far this is the latest about Huawei's participation in the upcoming IFA event, so stay tuned to find out more details about what the manufacturer has in store.
