According to Gamezone, "Kingdom Hearts 3" was first revealed in PlayStation 4 and Xbox One way back in 2013. Also, it is only available in the official Japanese Kingdom Hearts III site through pre-order on North American Microsoft store.
In a different note, while the game's release is underway, the removal of the "Kingdom Hearts 3" page is among the core reasons for the tension. However, others are convinced that it could make a comeback and is surely undergoing changes.

More details were rendered and it indicated that "Kingdom Hearts 3" is still a force to be reckoned with, reports attackofthefanboy. Moreover, the removal could be due to a glitch or some sort of flaws detected in the website considering how poor the Xbox One has fared in Japan.
