Supercell confirmed that they are making several major changes in Clash Royale, used to be a very popular game when it was released in March. There have been rumors suggesting that these updates are set to be released on September 20. Leaked details from China are also pointing toward the possibility that the update will be on the said date.

A fan has formulated a theory about the Clash Royale September release date saying that Supercell would want to give players time to understand the new cards. According to The Bitbag, the pulling back of some players' tourneys can be an indirect way of saying that the game developer is making room for the new decks before the game returns.

It was also reported that game developer, Supercell is set to announce the Clash Royale September update release date either on 14^th or 15^th of this month. The final update will be made available a week later which will then be followed by several spoilers of the said update. However, a Reddit user has said that Supercell will not waste another minute to wait since the game needs changes. With these in mind, the game developer has already made other plans, and at this time they cannot afford to delay the update since these changes were requested fans that have been waiting for it for a while.

Meanwhile, although Supercell has already confirmed the updates that will be featured in the new Clash Royale and Clash of Clans, it still has not confirmed any details other than it will have changes for emotes. All they said was that the updates will come this month. However, if the leaked information from China is to be believed, the update will come with balancing changes including Giants, Giant Skeleton, Freezing Spell and more.

The same leak also claims that the game will have new contents that could include 2600 Cup to unlock new arena, a major change in tournament mechanism and a new buddy system. It is also important to note that all the leaked information has not been officially confirmed by Supercell.
