Being overweight can be a traumatizing experience, especially when you're in the public eye. Mama June, also known as Honey Boo Boo's mother and the matriarch of the hit TLC television show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" says she has dropped more than 100 pounds without even trying? But how did she do it?

As the television show was infamously famous for its health concerns as combining spaghetti , ketchup and noodles and other fattening concoctions, she has still managed to lose a decent amount of weight.

In June 2011, she allegedly weighed in at 365 pounds, but now has told TMZ, according to reports, that she's dropped a whopping 102 pounds without any dieting, pills or exercise.

"This is the best diet ever," TMZ senior news producer, Gary Trock, told ABC News. "It is basically, do nothing. The show has kept her so active. She didn't even realize it at first and then she said her clothes started to feel bigger on her."

But how exactly can someone lose so much weight without a significant lifestyle change?

"When you're obese, weight comes off really quickly," said New York City's Barry's Boot Camp trainer Noah Nieman according to ABC News. "She could be burning 2,000 calories a day just from being active and getting herself out of her comfort zone of sitting on the couch and watching TV."

As for now, no one is certain what Mama June's secret weight loss drink is. However, her fan club does seem to be growing, according to reports, earning approximately $15,000 to $20,000 per episode. June admits that most of the profits go to a trust fund for her children.  "They are who you see on TV, and I think that is why people accept them so much and connect with them," said Trock.
