Features
Facebook At Work's biggest strength is its familiarity. Users will find it much easier than many of the available SaaS tools as people already have login credentials and also know how to use it. If a company wants secure accounts, the employees can set up separate accounts for doing business.
Facebook At Work subscribers can use the Work Feed from colleagues to exchange ideas that is the same as the news feed for the social site. Facebook At Work will also offer a group feature and messenger that will include audio and video calling options. Additionally, it has the social site's profiles, live video and events features. According to TechCrunch, although the exact price for Facebook At Work hasn't yet been announced, the 400+ beta users who're testing it for free are to get few additional months of promotional subscriptions.

Price Plan
The social networking giant believe its new platform will keep individual employees engaged, so it's charging the companies on the basis of per monthly active users instead of a flat rate. Reports state that Facebook may announce partnerships with other SaaS tool providers including Asana.
Facebook for Work, which was first unveiled in 2014, mainly aims at business users. Currently, the platform is being tested by quite a number of companies, including the 100,000-employee Royal Bank Of Scotland.
Slack offers only real-time messaging tools and charges $6.67 per active user. Whereas, its rival products lConvo, Salesforce Chatter, and Microsoft's Yammer charge from $9 to 24$. Expanding its revenue beyond advertising could definitely help Facebook boost its budget without sinking its consumers in marketing.
Though Facebook at Work was revealed in October 2014, it was unclear whether the product the company was building, was for itself or enterprise customers. Facebook's new product is a part of the company's broader mission to interconnect the world. Facebook launched the trial version of the work platform in January 2015. The official version will hit the market in the first few weeks of next month.
