For the first time, Titanfall 2 will feature a single player mode. The players will play as soldier Jack Cooper, who is accompanied by a robot companion. The game will explore the bonding between a human player and the machine, BT. as reported by IGN.

In Titanfall 2 single-player mode, gamers will have to figure out a way to fight together with BT. To survive and to win playing in tandem will be essential. Respawn nicely drove this fact with using Beatles classic, "Come Together," in the previous trailer.

Titanfall 2's senior game designer Chris Dionne, said, "The bond between Jack and BT was one of those 'ah-ha' moments in development." as reported by GameSpot.

To further improve the gameplay with the robot player BT, there is a dialogue option which players would be able to use to communicate with BT. Players can respond and form a bond with BT with varied responses.
