Is Facebook Really Going To Make All Private Photos Public? No Absolutely Not

Facebook status and messages stating that the company will reveal all the user's private photos and messages is absolutely baseless. These messages, which started in June 2012, have been getting attention from then. There is absolutely no truth in any such messages or status updates.

Also, the rumors that once you agree to Facebook's term and condition to use their platform, Facebook can use your photos and messages publicly as baseless. These rumors are just baseless and don't have any connection with Facebook. Reported Telegraph.

According to the Guardian, it is further observed that these messages always quote law 'UCC 1-308 -11 308-103" against Facebook and claim that according to this law Facebook can use your personal information.

Rome statute is also quoted several time with the law, Rome statue is actually a legal term used by International Criminal Court, which looks after crime against humanity, war crimes, and genocide. Rome statute doesn't deal with privacy and copyright infringement; it is just not their area of concern.

Facebook clearly state that your personal details are subjected to privacy and application settings. Also, Facebook holds the right to alter the terms any time as per their wish. In past, Facebook did surprise its users by changing or introducing few features overnight.These changes were particularly done around user's privacy.

Around a decade back, Facebook introduced 'news feed' feature, wherein other users can see your activities. This change was not accepted by Facebook users who then protested and lashed out on Facebook. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg had to apologize to the Facebook community for introducing such feature before any prior announcement. After that incident, it is established that Facebook will not try to alter users Privacy setting.

It is a humble request to anyone who has believed in such fake stories to not believe them and spread the message that these kind of Facebook messages or Post are just not true. Even if you have been tricked to post something of this sort, you can always delete it from your Facebook page and assure your connections that this is not true.
