'The Elder Scrolls 6' Latest News, Updates And Release Date: Skyrim 5 Successor Not In Any Development Stage Yet, Says Report
Although the release of Bethesda's next release, "The Elder Scrolls 6" seems inevitable after the huge success of Skyrim in the gaming market, the developer has now made it clear that the next version 6 is not in any development stage at present. Pete Hines, the Marketing Vice President at Bethesda, revealed earlier that after the anticipated popularity of "The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim" Special Edition, The next version, 'The Elder Scrolls 6' will be arriving for sure. However, it's still unclear when the game is going to hit the market.

"The Elder Scrolls 6" Not Under Development Yet?
At an event at E3 2016, Todd Howard, Bethesda game director had also stated that Skyrim's next lineup is under development along with two major projects. However, if a report by GamingBolt is to be believed, Bethesda has again made it clear that The Elder Scrolls 6 is not under any development stage at present. However, the developer also made it clear that the game will definitely be released at some point in the near future.
Bethesda's VP Pete Hines has repeatedly tweeted about "The Elder Scrolls 6" not being in any stage of development including the pre-alpha stage. When pressurized by a fan, Hines stated it quite clearly that no developer at Bethesda is at present working on "The Elder Scrolls 6."

Todd Howard teased earlier that "The Elder Scrolls 6" will feature some change from the game's previous employed technology. The new change might include implementation of a new credible leveling system, which is not totally based on statistics. The new system will be dependent on the time players invest in the game. "The Elder Scrolls 6" will not only focus on a better graphics quality, it might also tie up the loose ends of the Skyrim Special Edition.
According to GameSpot, "The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim" Special Edition will hit the PC Game market on Friday, October 28, while for XBox One and PS4, the game will be available at ET 12AM on October 28 as well as 12 AM locally for the European territories.
