LG V20 might be the best alternative for anyone who is looking for a 'safe' Samsung Galaxy Note 7 alternative. A Korean report reveals that LG V20 has undergone 60,000 validation tests prior to mass-production. LG V20 which features a dual camera and lavish sound quality will hit the U.S stores by next week.

The durability test was given due importance by LG to ensure the safety of V20. LG V20 was put through the one-meter drop test, with an aim to improve hardware stability and discover structural defects.

The LG V20 was also subjected to steel bar drop on V20's display and monitoring, to assure LG V20 can hold on to a person's weight or not. The steel bar was used for drop test as it is considered hardest for this test. Reported GSMArena.

The assembled LG V20 safety was assured by further putting it through a ITS (integrated test system). This test was carried out to assess the phone's user interface. According to Android Authority, LG V20's touch screen test was carried out manually by the employees. Further to all these, frequency test was carried out to check if the smartphone can deliver signals to various wireless areas (including parking lots and basement). To check how fast the phone can respond to other services, like network services (international roaming etc), automated machine test was carried out.

It is good to see smartphone manufacturers like LG taking extensive measure to ensure that the device is safe and durable when few of the world largest smartphone makers such as Samsung face several criticisms on the phone quality and durability.

Hopefully, with all the efforts made by LG towards their new phone's safety, customers would appreciate this fact and prefer it over other phones. At least that is what LG is hoping. The alternative to your Galaxy Note 7, a safe LG V20 is all set to release on October 28.
