A Samsung employee told JoonAng Ilbo earlier that the two companies have recently agreed to work on the Huawei Watch 2 2016 together. Although Samsung has denied taking part in any such collaboration in a statement to the Korea Herald, Huawei was earlier reported to be looking for new partners for the Huawei Watch 2 2016 as Google didn't work out they way the Chinese Android Wear Devices wanted to.

Huawei Watch 2 2016: What To Expect

As the earlier Huawei Smart Watches were totally based on the Android Wear Concept, the new 2016 Huawei Watch 2 is expected to have customized version of Samsung's Tizen OS.
