Xiaomi Mi-Mix Specs, Price, Release Date: The Clear-All Edgeless Design Does Leave An Impression On Onlookers! [WATCH]

It is rumored that Apple will come up with an edgeless iPhone 8 next year. But, it looks like the limelight has been snatched away by Xiaomi's Mi-Mix. The new phone with its all-screen design (at least on three sides) makes the phone vibrate elegance. And, it is coming out this November at almost half the price of what Apple brings out for its customers.

Xiaomi Mi-Mix Concept Phone Announced

Xiaomi came up with a huge announcement this Tuesday about the latest concept phone called as the Xiaomi Mi-Mix. The device doesn't offer a bezel on the top and the sides making the screen size occupy almost 93 per cent of the front panel. This turns out to be 6.4 inches.

This does make the company move the front-facing camera to the bezel at the bottom. Nonetheless, taking selfies will not be a problem as you can rotate the phone. Plus, the proximity sensor has been substituted with ultrasound. According to The Verge, the front speaker has been replaced with a piezoelectric speaker that generates sounds with the metal frame. The rest of the body (including the side buttons) is all ceramic.

Xiaomi has made sure that the outer body is not all that impresses the fans. The internal specs are also commendable. You get a SnapDragon 821 processor chip with 4GB of RAM and an impressive 128GB of internal storage. The same specs are seen in Google Pixel as well. Besides that, the Mi-Mix also offers a 16MP rear shooter with finger print sensor on the back, a headphone jack, dual SIM-support, and 192Hz / 24-bit DAC chipset. All this is juiced up with a 4,400Mah battery.

Xiaomi Mi-Mix Price and Release Date:

Xiaomi plans on bringing out the Mi-Mix on November 4, 2016 at a price tag of $516 for the 4GB version. The 6GB variation is reported to be around $590 which will offer a storage capacity of 256GB.

What is still a speculation is that will Xiaomi be able to meet the demands of its customers with the Mi-Mix? After all, the phone is still a concept phone and will require mass manufacturing for this one.
