Microsoft Surface Studio: Is The Microsoft PC Better Than HP Envy 27?
Microsoft just launched its newest all-in-one computer from its Surface product series, the Surface Studio. The latest Surface addition is designed to be a medium for digital designers, artists and creative virtuosos in making their work vision put into action.
After the said release, AIO computer users worldwide can't help but compare the newest Microsoft offering to HP's AIO computer, the HP Envy 27. Although HP Envy 27 has been recieving very good feedback in the market, speculations are that the Microsoft Surface Studio might overtake HP's AIO popularity because of its good features.
Surface Studio is dubbed to be the world's first all-in-on computer with the thinnest monitor. The new Microsoft product is powered by PixelSense technology, which has higher resolution than a 4k resolution with 192 ppi, Tech Times reported.
Microsoft Surface Studio features a 4,500 x 3,000 pixel resolution, while, HP Envy 27 has a resoltuion of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. Surface Studio also leads the race in terms of touch screen display. HP Envy 27 has a 27-inch touch screen display as compared to the 28 inches touch screen display found in Microsoft's newest Surface product. In addition, the Microsoft Surface Studio offers a Microsoft Surface Pen and Surface Dial, which helps its users to navigate the screen faster and execute rotary functions.
Talking about the prices of both AIO computers, HP Envy 27 is more affordable at a starting price of $1,299 going to $1,699 for the fully loaded version, while, Surface Studio costs around $2,999 to up to $4,199.
With a comparatively expensive market price, the Microsoft's newest AIO computer is has been designed to help engineers, architects, designers and illustrators in doing their daily tasks in accordance to their professional needs, Fast Company reported.
"What we wanted to do with this product is take you from being the most productive person to the most creative person, and bring them as close together as you can possibly could be," Microsoft's Hardware Chief, Panos Panay said.
Some reports said that both AIO computers are almost identical. Although both all-in-one computer has similarity in function, rumour has it that the Microsoft Surface Studio might give HP Envy 27 a run for the money.
