Hyundai Elantra 2017 Sport has already been unveiled earlier this year. Although the compact sedan came out with some pretty impressive features, it doesn't provide the unique style a buyer seeks. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the new Elantra 2017, however, there is also nothing that special about the carto make you have a craving for the Car.

The new Hyundai Elantra 2017 Sport though is more affordable and reasonably improved than its predecessor, the driving experience is overall the same. Here's what we know about the next Elantra so far:

Under the hood, the 2017 sedan features a 1.6-liter, turbocharged engine which gives out an output power of 201 HP along with 195 PPF of torque. This is a huge improvement from the standard Elantra model's 147 HP and 132 PPF torque. The front wheel-powered Hyundai Elantra 2017 Sport will have both the six-speed as well as the seven-speed dual-clutch transmissions available at the time of purchase.

The 2017 Elantra Sport is not only the best-driving version of the model; it is also the best-looking version. The larger 18" wheels and the new trims give a unique redesign to the front as well as the rear fascias. The front fascia features daytime LED lights. There's also a unique grille design with a red turbo badge located on it.

Although the 2017 Sports Sedan has tried to fill life in the standard Elantra's model, it still fails to gather much attention. Just like the earlier standard Elantra, the Hyundai Elantra 2017 Sport is also a perfectly adequate sedan with a lot of features; however, it still fails in leaving a long-lasting impression. The driving experience is overall almost the same.

The redesigned model hasn't made much improvement on the cabin materials and despite the changes made, the Elantra still feels thorough to be an economy class vehicle. The new added features also make the Hyundai Elantra 2017 Sport look more like a low budget vehicle rather than sporty.

The Hyundai Elantra 2017 Sport will be available with a pretty affordable price-tag of $21,650, which increases to $22,750 for the dual-clutch version. An additional $2,400 premium package is also available which adds a better sound system, navigation, dual-zone climate control , a sunroof, as well as Hyundai's Blue Link connected-car suite.
