Samsung Gear S3 Pre-order Begins Early, Price & Updated Release Date Announced, How To Grab One Ealry?
Samsung Gear S3 pre-order have finally begun from November 4 and expected release date is November 18. Samsung Gear S3 was unveiled at IFA 2016 but was kept under wraps by Samsung until recently.
Samsung Gear S3 Pre-Order
Samsung shared the details of Gear S3 smartwatches and couple of days back. It will be sold by AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. After the announcement, AT&T immediately began the pre-order Samsung Gear S3 beating the competition. As reported by GSM Arena, Gear S3 would be available for pre-order from November 4. T-Mobile and Verizon will begin the Gear S3 pre-order from November 6.
The Gear S3 will hit the market shelves beginning November 18. However, Samsung has not yet revealed the pricing for Gear S3 to be sold in the physical stores.
Samsung Gear S3 Price
The price for Gear S3 via AT & T is around $350, $17.50 payable every-month for a period of 20 months. The Gear S3 can also be bought for $49.99 by signing for two months and buying a Galaxy phone too. Other sellers will also price it for $349.99. Samsung has not announced the pricing and has left it to the sellers to decide their own pricing.
Gear S3 Classic vs. Frontier: What's The Difference?
The Gear S3 will be available in three variants, the Gear S3 classic, Gear S3 Frontier, and Gear S3 Frontier LTE. The classic version as the name suggests would be classy in terms of looks. The Frontier on the other hand is more rugged in terms of looks. The LTE version would also be available for the Gear S3 frontier for an outdoor use.
In terms of specs both are more or less identical. AMOLED display, Gorilla Glass SR+, GPS and a 786MB RAM. Samsung claims all the Gear S3 versions are IP68 water resistant, as reported by 9to5 Google.
