The Korean tech giant is hoping to put the battery explosion fiasco behind them with the release of a much improve Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Speculation on some of the specs and features that users wished to have in the new smartphone.
Considering the old design of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, it has a 5.7-inch screen with a display resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 may also have the same screen configuration though it may have the capabilities to support a 4K display.
On the other hand, some experts do not believe that smartphones should have 4K display because of its size. Even with this argument, the emergence of virtual reality and other related tech endeavours may push the Korean company to give the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 its own 4K display.

Like any other year, it is noted that Samsung will try and match what their rival company launches. Apple have recently launched the iPhone 7 Plus with a 256 GB onboard storage and Samsung is expected to follow suit with this humongous storage battle.
