D.B. claims he clarified with Mngum about any sexual diseases and magnum had given himself a clean chit. The two separated in June after D.B. found Mangum was cheating on him. A former roommate of Mangum informed D.B. he had tested HIV positive in 2003.
When DB got a test done, it was confirmed that he too was HIV positive.
Mangum informed the Dexter law enforcement officials that he had engaged in sexual acts with over 300 people since he was first diagnosed with HIV in 2003. He alleged he didn't want to disclose his sickness to anyone as he feared rejection.
