Quantum Technique Increases Electrons Produced When Light Hits Metal-Dielectric Interface
MIT researchers have created a new method which will increase the amount of energy that is channelled from sunlight. This new technique involves a quantum process which increase the number of electrons produced when light strikes a metal-dielectric interface, like aluminum oxide.
