'Gnomes & Goblins' Zeroes In On HTC Vive On September 8 And It Is Free
A new exciting and enthralling virtual-reality game 'Gnomes & Goblins' will soon enter HTC Vive and it's free. The touted game that is tipped to provide fun and adventure, 'Gnomes & Goblins' will soon arrive on HTC Vive and the good news about this is that you can have it at no cost.
According to EndGadget the game is prepping up to outperform the well-loved film adaptation of The Jungle Book that enabled director Jon Favreau garner astonishing achievements. The main character, Mowgli, and the setting of The Jungle Book were created with CGI. It appears like Favreau's exploits with digitally-made game is still far from over. The director's first part of his upcoming project, a digitally-created fantasy game is tipped to be rolled out on September 8 and you can tab it at no cost.
Based on the screenshots taken from the Gnomes & Goblins, it appears like the game is erratic and freaky so as to speak. The players will face a roaming goblin and the game offers a lot of journeying instead of engaging in non-stop action.
This is the first time that the filmmaker comes up with a teaser about the game. In an interview with New York Times he said that he viewed a demo of the Blu, an undersea adventure game that is created by Wevr'. He was overwhelmed with what he saw and cited that the way the film and contemporary video game were combined made him feel like that he is "closest to lucid dreaming." The filmmaker teamed up with Wevr and RealityOne to create Gnomes & Goblins.
The free game will hit HTC Vive on Sept. 8 on Viveport Steam, and the Transport network of Wevr. The company is still mulling over releasing the game on PlayStation VR and Oculus Rift in the near year.
