Apple has now begun testing the newest beta versions of the iOS 10.2, macOS 10.12.2 Sierra, watchOS 3.1.1 and tvOS 10.1. The beta versions which included unspecified bug fixes and other performance improvements has been given to developers for them to try out and test.

The new betas for the four programs has given a little information in the release notes included in the download. However, the large download package, 1.78 GB, of the iOS 10.2 could mean that there are new features that are included in the software. Users can expect a new set of wallpapers and other emoji symbols and characters from the iOS 10.2. Moreover, the update also includes some minor tweaks in the first-party widgets and system settings.

On the other hand, the newest beta software will not include the recently announced TV app. This app will collect and connect all pre-recorded and live stream media in one location in the tvOS, iOS and macOS. The app was unveiled last week during Apple's MacBook Pro launching event. The TV app will serve as a one stop app for all the streaming services which allows the owners to look at a wide number of collected content, look for other shows and live stream events among others.

The company said that TV will be launched in all the major platform of Apple as a software update coming this December. Developers received the beta testing shortly after the release of the iOS 10.1.1 update. The update is a minor tweak of the iOS 10.1 that was meant to deal with the issue that hinder some users from viewing the data in the Health app.

Apple released last week the iOS 10.1, this update allow user to use the Portrait mode function for the iPhone 7 Plus alongside Apple Pay and transit directions for iOS users in Japan.
