OnePlus 4 Specs, Release Date & Latest News: 4K Display With 8G RAM & Snapdragon 835, Expected In Mid 2017
Fans and smartphone users are desperately awaiting the launch of the latest member in the OnePlus family- the OnePlus 4. The OnePlus 4 is the upcoming flagship phone of the series and is expected to get a June 2017 release date.
It was in the beginning of 2016 that the current model of the Chinese smartphone was released globally. A domestic version OnePlus 3T was released recently. OnePlus 4 has already captured the attention and imagination of the markets and there are several rumours floating around. The speculations are about the possible specs in the upcoming phone.
OnePlus 4 Specs
Among the rumors, the prominent one is about the phone body. OnePlus 4 is expected to feature a similar metal frame (aluminum) as that of OnePlus 3. However, the frame might be curved- much like the LG Flex series. The phone will be laced with a magnificent 5.5 inch screen. Following the market trend, the phone might have a 4K resolution with 3D Touch technology.
For the shutterbugs, there is great news in store. OnePlus 4 is reported to feature 22 or 23 MP rear camera. That is a fantastic upgrade over the usual 16 MP cameras in previous models. The camera may come with Sony sensors. For those who can't click enough selfies, OnePlus 4 is expected to have a 16MP front camera.
With most upcoming phones migrating to the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset, OnePlus is not to be left behind. It will also feature a whooping 8G Ram and Adreno 630 GPU for processing beautiful graphics. The storage space remains as 64 GB. To power all these grand features, it is rumoured at the battery will be upgraded to 4000mAh. This power can last for up to 2 days in average use.
