‘Tekken 7’ Release Date, DLC Rumors, News, Update: Lei Wulong Confirmed As First DLC Character? Game's Release Set In February 2017?
While game developer Bandai Namco is yet to announce an exact release date for "Tekken 7," the latest installment of the Tekken series, rumors about "Tekken 7" release date, gameplay, characters and DLC have been flooding the internet for quite some time now.
The latest information coming directly from the game developers confirms Miguel Caballero Rojo's return into the "Tekken 7" roster, reported GearNuke. Notably, the Spanish character Rojo debuted in "Tekken 6" alongside characters such as Leo, Bob, Zafina, Lars and Alisa. Looking at the new Tekken 7 trailer, Rojo will return to take the revenge of his sister's death from Jin Kazama and the Mishima Zaibatsu. Reportedly, Street Fighter fame Akuma will also be seen playing an important role in the story.
There are also rumors that Bandai Namco is working on to "Tekken 7" DLC. In fact, game producer Katsuhiro Harada hinted that Hong Kong supercop Lei Wulong could be one of the probable "Tekken 7" DLC playable fighter. Wulong made his first appearance in "Tekken 2." Considering the fact that Wulong's usage was very low in the game, it is speculated that the super cop might not make it to the final "Tekken 7" character's list. However, chances are that Wulong might get added in the game as the first DLC character.
He has a chance of course.
But his usage rate was too low. Our effort wasn't enough.
